Protector Plus 2008 for Windows Vista protects against trojans, worms, backdoors, password stealers, hack tools, spyware, adware, exploits, and rootkits.

This program includes tools for scanning email. It performs heuristic scanning and memory scanning. Protector Plus 2008 for Windows Vista can quarantine files and deactivate viruses in memory.

The program can scan compressed files as well. You can also schedule a scan to be performed at a particular time. The email scan scans all emails before they enter the inbox to ensure that they are free of viruses.

When an infected email is detected, the virus will be removed. The InstaUpdate feature keeps the program updated with the latest virus definitions.
